To ensure our guests have a seamless, hassle-free experience, evading the hustle and bustle, a buggy service is available to assist with transportation within the site, operating from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

Each tent is equipped with a private bath area approximately 8 feet by 6 feet with high-end toiletries for the convenience of our guests and are designed to be accessible for guests with disabilities. Hot water is available 24/7 in all tents. The water is sourced from a reliable supply and undergoes thorough filtration to ensure it is safe for use. Regular safety checks are conducted to maintain quality standards.
DOCTOR ON CALL
We have qualified doctors available 24/7 on call to address any medical emergencies and health concerns. Guests can contact the doctor through the reception desk or by dialing the dedicated emergency number provided in their tent information booklet.
BUTLER SERVICE
